Where can I download the software and API?

A product engineer will provide documentation, visualization software, and the API for your model after purchase—free of charge.

Do I need a communications bridge?

USB and CAN are native (connect via M8 with the correct pinout). For Ethernet or EtherCAT testing, use an external ENET or ECAT bridge.

Does the sensor come calibrated?

Yes—calibrated and compensated for off-axis loading.

What is “Usable Overload”?

The sensor can be loaded to its rated overload (e.g., 500%) for the rated quantity (e.g., 5,000 cycles) without performance loss; optional taring after overload.

What data do I have access to?

Calibrated Force (Fxyz) and Moment (Mxyz) depending on DOF; 6-axis IMU versions also offer acceleration and orientation.
