What’s in the box?

  • 1 × Calibrated sensor system with integrated M8 high-flex cable
  • 1 × USB/CAN communications bridge

Can I customize this sensor?

Yes. This model can be tuned to your specifications. Contact: product@forcen.tech

Where can I download the software and API?

After purchase, we’ll transfer all documentation, visualization software, and the model-specific API at no charge.

Do I need a communications bridge?

USB and CAN are native (use the correct M8 pinout). To test Ethernet or EtherCAT, an external ENET or ECAT bridge is required.

Does the sensor come calibrated?

Yes—calibrated and compensated for off-axis loading.

What is “Usable Overload”?

Load up to the rated overload (e.g., 500%) for the rated quantity (e.g., 5,000 cycles) without degrading accuracy or performance. Taring after overload is optional.

What data do I have access to?

Calibrated Force (Fxyz) and Moment (Mxyz) per model DOF; 6-axis IMU–equipped units also output acceleration and orientation.

I’m having issues—who do I contact?

Product Engineer: product@forcen.tech
Manufacturing/quality: support@forcen.tech
